We are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to work as LAC Team Manager based in Merseyside.
Pay Rate - £40/Hr.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Able to lead, participate, facilitate and take part in meetings.
- Extensive knowledge an understanding of child care law and practice.
- To identify and focus on looked after and care leavers cases that are high risk.
- Quality assurance of systems and processes.
- Ability to build multi-agency teams around the child.
- Child centred practices which include direct work and participation.
- Supervise a number of professional staff.
