Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to work as LAC Team Manager based in Merseyside.

Pay Rate - £40/Hr.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Able to lead, participate, facilitate and take part in meetings.
  • Extensive knowledge an understanding of child care law and practice.
  • To identify and focus on looked after and care leavers cases that are high risk.
  • Quality assurance of systems and processes.
  • Ability to build multi-agency teams around the child.
  • Child centred practices which include direct work and participation.
  • Supervise a number of professional staff.

As an ideal Candidate, you will be:

  • SWE Registered
  • Experience of working as a Team Manager in a Looked After Children's Team
  • Be a car driver
