Sales Assistant Fashion, Sports Retail Inverness 16 hours per week

Are you passionate about retail and enjoy helping customers? Do you have a friendly personality, enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering great customer service?
We are recruiting for a Sales Assistant to join a well-established fashion and sports retail business at their concession in Inverness.
This is a varied role where you will help customers, drive sales and take ownership of your concession, while being part of a supportive regional team.
A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will need to travel to support other locations within the region.

The Role

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
  
• Help customers find the right products through friendly, knowledgeable advice.
  
• Drive sales and contribute towards targets.
  
• Take ownership of the concession and its day-to-day operation.
  
• Process deliveries and replenish stock.
  
• Maintain attractive displays and merchandising standards.
  
• Develop product knowledge to confidently advise customers.
  
• Travel to other locations within the region when required.
  

About You

• Previous retail experience is essential.
  
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
  
• Friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with customers.
  
• Enjoy working towards sales targets.
  
• Organised, reliable and happy working independently.
  
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  
• An interest in fashion, sports or outdoor products would be an advantage.
