Own delivery of a small suite of business-related projects, ensuring architectural and solution alignment with the wider technical vision. Drive adoption of AI agent-led delivery across the team, coaching others in effective and responsible use of AI tooling so the capability spreads. Challenge established development processes and procedures, particularly how AI agents are integrated into the SDLC, and work closely with the Engineering Leads on tooling adoption and delivery outcomes.
