Marketing Executive

Your new company
A large housing provider that owns and manages multiple homes and various community assets across the South of England.

Your new role

• Plan and implement development specific marketing strategies that deliver high quality leads cost effectively.
• Create engaging content across our development and plot specific website content, as well as property portal advertising listings.
• Working closely with the Marketing Manager, write and produce all written scheme content, such as HTML's, SMS, blog posts, press adverts, brochures and all digital marketing assets.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualification in marketing (degree or CIM) and / or at least 2 years' experience in a marketing role
• Experience with digital marketing (email / HTML marketing, SMS, blog posts, etc.)
• Experience of working on marketing campaigns / projects
• Full driving licence with appropriate business insurance and/or ability to travel in a timely and efficient manner to visit customers and attend meetings in areas not covered by public transport.
