Are you an experienced retail manager looking for your next opportunity, with the flexibility to work a four-day week?
We're recruiting for a Retail Manager to lead a fashion and lifestyle store in Aldeburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of store performance, develop a team and deliver an excellent customer experience.
The role is offered on a full-time basis, with a salary of up to 34,000. However, the business is open to discussing a four-day working week for the right candidate, with salary adjusted pro rata.

The role
As Retail Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the store, leading your team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, motivating and developing your team.
Driving sales and achieving commercial targets.
Delivering excellent customer service.
Managing store operations, rotas and stock.
Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store standards.
What we're looking for
Previous retail management experience, ideally as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
A commercial mindset and experience driving sales.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A hands-on approach and the ability to take ownership.
