We're recruiting for a Store Manager to lead a popular fashion and lifestyle store in Aldeburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a store, lead a team and drive sales for a well-established retail brand offering quality clothing and accessories.

The role: Store Manager
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring commercial targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of customer service, team performance and store presentation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and motivating a team to deliver sales targets and excellent customer service.
Managing the daily operations of the store, including staffing, rotas and administration.
Driving sales, monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
Coaching and developing colleagues, supporting their growth and progression.
Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising, stock management and store presentation.
Creating a welcoming, engaging shopping experience and building customer loyalty.
Ensuring operational procedures and company standards are consistently followed.
What we're looking for
Previous retail management experience, ideally as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager ready to step up.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.
A commercial mindset and experience driving sales and achieving retail KPIs.
A genuine passion for customer service and delivering a positive shopping experience.
Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
A hands-on approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy retail environment.
Someone who takes ownership, leads by example and enjoys being part of a team.
