Trainee Store Manager

North Norfolk Full-Time, Permanent

We're delighted to be working with Digital Phone Company once again to recruit a Trainee Store Manager in North Norfolk!

Digital Phone Company is a well-established, family-run telecommunications business with over 30 years of experience, partnering with premium brands and offering fantastic opportunities for career development.

This is an ideal opportunity for an outgoing, ambitious individual who enjoys working with people, has a passion for sales and is keen to build a long-term career. No previous management or telecommunications experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

The role will involve:

• Delivering excellent customer service and identifying sales opportunities.
• Building strong customer relationships and growing the local customer base.
• Promoting mobile, telecommunications and related products.
• Identifying business-to-business sales opportunities.
• Supporting with stock control, ordering and sales administration.
• Developing the skills needed to progress into Store Management.

What we're looking for:

• A confident, friendly and enthusiastic personality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A proactive, target-driven approach with a willingness to learn.
• Good computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle, as travel between stores may be required.
