We are looking for an enthusiastic Production Operator to join a busy production team in Swindon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, following processes, and ensuring products are prepared and dispatched accurately and on time.
As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in the production process, helping to programme, label, pack, and ship customer orders while maintaining the highest levels of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Match products to customer orders using the ERP system
- Programme components using specialist production applications and equipment
- Label products accurately to meet customer specifications
- Understand and identify part numbers and product requirements
- Track order progress through the ERP system
- Prepare, pack, and dispatch customer orders efficiently
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality control
- Support the wider production team to ensure deadlines are met

Desirable Experience

Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Physical Requirements
This is an active role that may involve:
- Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the day

- Occasional lifting of items up to 34kg (75lbs)
- Close visual attention to detailed product and labelling requirements
