Poole Central £30,000 - £35,000 + Benefits + Professional Exam Support

REED Recruitment are working with a highly respected Professional Services Firm, seeking a professional and ambitious Wealth Management Executive keen to progress.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional with Financial Planning, IFA or Wealth Management experience, or alternatively a motivated graduate who is keen to establish a career in the industry and progress through professional qualifications.

The Opportunity

  • Working closely with an experienced Financial Planner, you will become a key part of the client journey, helping to deliver exceptional service to a portfolio of affluent and high-net-worth individuals.
  • This role offers genuine long-term progression, hands-on exposure to financial planning, and full support towards relevant professional qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Financial Planner with day-to-day client administration and planning activities.
  • Managing client communications and maintaining exceptional levels of service.
  • Preparing documentation and suitability information for client meetings.
  • Liaising with providers, clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing workflows and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintaining accurate records using Intelligent Office and other financial planning systems.
  • Assisting with the delivery of financial planning recommendations and ongoing client reviews.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted point of contact.

About You

We're keen to speak with individuals who:

  • Have experience within Financial Planning, Wealth Management, Financial Services or an IFA environment.
  • A recent Graduate with an interest in Business Management, Accountancy, Financial Services
  • Possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Are highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Present professionally and confidently when dealing with clients.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work under pressure.
  • Are studying towards, have completed, or are interested in pursuing financial services qualifications
