A rare opportunity for an experienced luxury concierge professional to join a brand-new ultra-prime residential development ahead of its launch.

THE ROLE
As Duty Manager, you'll be the senior onsite presence, taking ownership of the concierge operation and resident experience.
You'll be responsible for:
- Lead, train and develop the Concierge team
- Oversee Housekeeping & Security operations
- Maintain exceptional service, presentation and grooming standards
- Manage resident requests, bookings, deliveries, errands and valet services
- Coordinate contractors, viewings and resident arrivals/departures
- Oversee resident amenities and day-to-day onsite operations
- Resolve resident issues, complaints and maintenance requirements
- Ensure H&S, fire and security procedures are maintained
- Deliver the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality
This is much more than a front-of-house role.
You'll help shape the service culture, establish SOPs and build the operation - working alongside the mobilisation team before taking ownership of the completed site.
We're looking for someone with a strong 5-star hospitality or super-prime residential background, previous team leadership experience and a genuine understanding of discreet, highly personalised luxury service.
Pre-opening or mobilisation experience would be a real advantage.
