Client Review Executive/Senior IFA Administrator

Location: Lichfield, Staffordshire
Salary: Up to £32,000
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Working pattern: Hybrid / flexible working available

An established and growing financial planning firm is looking for an experienced Client Review Executive to join its client review team.

Working closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, you'll play an important role in ensuring clients receive a high-quality ongoing service. You'll be responsible for preparing accurate client review documentation, gathering information from providers and supporting the wider advice team throughout the review process.

This would suit someone with strong experience within an IFA or financial planning environment who understands the client review process and enjoys combining technical financial services knowledge with client service and administration.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing high-quality client review packs ahead of adviser review meetings
  • Liaising with providers to obtain fund values, charges and other relevant information
  • Ensuring client and internal records remain accurate, complete and up to date
  • Responding to client and adviser queries professionally and efficiently
  • Working closely with Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and senior management
  • Building strong relationships with clients and external providers
  • Maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the client journey and increase the efficiency of the ongoing review process
  • Supporting best practice across the firm's ongoing client service proposition

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:

  • At least 3 years' relevant experience, ideally working as a Client Review Executive or in a similar capacity within financial planning
  • A strong understanding of the client review and ongoing service process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of your workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive and collaborative approach
