Production Operative

• Job Type: Temp-to-Perm
• Times - 6am - 2:30pm
• Starting Salary: £28,000 (hourly equivalent during probation)

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Production Operative to join our client in High Wycombe. This temp-to-perm position is perfect for individuals looking to grow their career in manufacturing, with potential progression into leadership roles.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Assemble products to meet quality standards as part of the production line.
• Maintain production stations by implementing thorough cleaning practices.
• Achieve daily targets for workload.
• Accurately update production worksheets and maintain records.
• Comply with environmental, health, and safety legislation and ISO standards.
• Follow all manufacturing operating procedures with meticulous attention to detail.
• Report to and liaise with the Team Leader for the production section.
• Attend meetings as required and perform additional duties as requested.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Practical ability
• Manual handling - working with heavy materials
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
