7pm-7am 2 on, 2 off

Looking for a long-term Night Porter role with a friendly, supportive team and the opportunity to earn extra through regular overtime?
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-maintained residential development in Bayswater, offering the chance to join a close-knit team of just four staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the go-to person on site, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and is happy working independently overnight.
What you'll be doing:
- Welcoming and assisting residents, visitors and contractors
- Receiving and managing deliveries
- Carrying out regular site patrols and security checks
- Monitoring CCTV and building systems
- Responding to resident enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring communal areas remain clean, safe and presentable
- General porter duties to help keep the building running smoothly
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience within residential property (preferred)
- Alternatively has a strong hotel front-of-house, porter or concierge background
- Is reliable, proactive and enjoys delivering great customer service
- Is confident working independently on night shifts
- Holds a valid SIA licence or has previous security experience (advantageous but not essential)
