Learning Support Leader - Construction Academy (Part-Time)

Dovetail and Slate is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support learners with additional learning needs within a construction academy setting. This part-time fixed-term role runs two days a week: Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9:00-16:30, Sept to July 2026.

You will help learners engage, progress and build confidence under the guidance of a dedicated team. Experience of supporting learners with SEND in FE, EHCP knowledge, and a calm, patient approach are essential.
