Description

• Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment processes, including advertising roles and coordinating interviews.
• Manage employee relations, handling cases such as grievances and disciplinaries.
• Assist with the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and practices.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company standards.
• Provide support with training and development initiatives.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

• Previous experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Confidence in advising and influencing managers at all levels.
• Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• A CIPD qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £36,000 to £40,000, dependent on the level of experience.
