An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Financial Services Administrator to join a successful and well-established financial planning practice.

Working closely alongside a Financial Adviser and Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of exceptional client service, ensuring business is processed efficiently and client records are maintained accurately.

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in an IFA administration position who is looking to further develop their career within a professional and client-focused financial planning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update client records accurately using back-office systems.
• Process and manage requests for information with providers and clients.
• Prepare and submit life, pension and investment applications.
• Accurately record and track new business from submission through to completion.
• Manage annual review schedules and client follow-up activities.
• Support advisers and paraplanners with day-to-day administrative duties.
• Assist with quarterly investment portfolio rebalances.
• Ensure client documentation and records are maintained in line with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise professionally with clients, providers and third parties.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you should possess:

• A minimum of 1 year's experience within a Financial Services or IFA Administration role.
• A good understanding of financial planning administration processes.
• Experience using financial services back-office systems, ideally IRESS XPLAN.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Professional communication skills and confidence speaking with clients and providers.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Progress towards financial services qualifications would be advantageous.
