I'm working with a fast-growing, VC-backed tech business that is changing the way consumer brands approach creator marketing.

Their AI-powered platform helps some of the UK's fastest-growing DTC brands turn creator and influencer activity into a scalable, measurable growth channel - combining creator strategy, performance marketing, data and AI.

They're now looking for a Senior Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of creator programmes.

The role

This isn't traditional influencer account management or campaign delivery.

You'll essentially own each client's creator channel - understanding their wider business and growth objectives, building the strategy around them, analysing performance and continuously testing ways to improve results.

You'll be part strategist, part account manager and part growth marketer, working with AI-powered technology that handles much of the manual creator sourcing, outreach and onboarding at scale.

You'll be responsible for:

• Owning senior relationships with a portfolio of high-growth DTC/consumer brands
• Developing creator strategies tied directly to commercial objectives including acquisition, revenue, content and paid social
• Building creator journeys across activation, retention, repeat posting and advocacy
• Developing gifting, commission, incentive and retention strategies
• Analysing programme performance and turning data into clear recommendations
• Designing and running experiments across creator segments, messaging, incentives and lifecycle activity
• Proactively identifying growth opportunities rather than waiting for client briefs
• Presenting performance and strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders
• Working closely with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for further automation

Who they're looking for

You don't need to come from a traditional influencer marketing background.

They're particularly interested in people from DTC/ecommerce brands, growth or performance agencies, affiliate marketing, CRM/lifecycle marketing or performance-led creator marketing.

Ideally, you'll have:

• 3+ years' experience across growth, DTC/ecommerce, performance, affiliate, creator marketing or performance-led account management
• Experience owning a channel, client account or programme against measurable commercial targets
• Strong understanding of how consumer/DTC brands acquire and retain customers
• Confidence analysing performance data and turning it into action
• Experience testing, experimenting and optimising rather than simply executing an existing playbook
• Excellent client management skills and confidence advising/challenging senior stakeholders
• A proactive, commercially minded approach
• Genuine interest in AI and how it can transform marketing at scale

Salary: £50,000-£70,000 DOE
Location: Central London
Working pattern: 5 days per week in the office
Bonus: Equity/share options included
