Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing
Hourly Rate: From 18.19
Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday - Thursday)
What You'll Do:
As a Production Team Leader, you will be at the forefront of our operations, guiding your team towards achieving production goals. You will:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing production team
- Implement LEAN manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Utilise your digital knowledge to streamline processes and improve output
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and safety are met
- Collaborate with other departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience as a team leader in a production environment
- Strong knowledge of LEAN principles and practises
- Familiarity with digital tools and technologies relevant to production
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude and the ability to problem-solve effectively
