Responsibilities
As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for

  • Proactively managing debtor accounts to ensure timely payment
  • Monitor aged debt reports, identify risks, and escalate concerns in line with internal procedures
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of payment plans where necessary
  • Be a part of billing procedures, such as invoicing, monthly billing cycles, and reconciliations
  • Deal with queries in a professional manner

Requirements
As a Credit Controller, you will need

  • Basic finance understanding
  • Excel and Accounting systems knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
