Estate Agent - Sales Negotiator

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Negotiator for our Estate Agency client based in Saffron Walden.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience as a Sales Negotiator with ideally local knowledge.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Negotiator:

• Basic £25,000
• OTE £40,000 DOE
• Bonuses
• Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, every other Saturday with day off in lieu
• 5 day working week
• Excellent career progression to development into Valuing

Responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator:

• Registering and qualifying potential buyers
• Generating and conducting viewings
• Canvassing to bring on new properties
• Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
• Preparing sales brochures
• Developing relationships
• Giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
• Booking appointments
• Always delivering exceptional customer service

Key Skills for the role of Sales Negotiator:

• A minimum of 1 - 2 years experience as a Sales Negotiator
• Local knowledge preferable (not essential)
• Someone looking to build up a good personal brand within an established and reputable company
• High level of customer service skills
• Well-spoken with good telephone manner
• Well presented
• Target driven and ambitious
• The desire to work well in a team and be an excellent team player
• Highly motivated
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
