Salary and benefits package for the role of Lettings Negotiator: Basic £27,000 - £28,000 Staff bonus scheme Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturday's, with a day off in lieu 5 day working week Company pension Free parking On-site parking Opportunity to develop your career within the property sector Supportive and professional working environment Responsibilities for the role of Lettings Negotiator: Managing property rental valuations and marketing requirements for landlords and investors Carrying out off-site visits to properties within the company's catchment area Obtaining the required documentation and certificates for property marketing Taking photographs, measurements and comprehensive property details for advertising and management purposes Advising on property condition and highlighting any required maintenance Engaging with investors and providing guidance around market conditions and best practice Assisting with the coordination of general maintenance and property inspections Supporting the growth of the company's property portfolio Meeting with and developing relationships with local property developers Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and other clients Responding promptly to enquiries via telephone, email and in person Maintaining accurate and organised records of lettings activity and client interactions Updating databases, filing and completing general administrative duties Supporting the wider team with day-to-day branch and team management Ensuring all activity is carried out accurately and in line with relevant legal and compliance requirements Supporting other property management and lettings duties as required Key Skills for the role of Lettings Negotiator: Previous administrative experience within lettings , property management or a similar customer-facing role is preferred Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident working independently as well as part of a team Ability to build strong relationships with clients, tenants and external contacts A proactive approach with a genuine interest in developing a career within property Good administrative and IT skills Property management software experience would be advantageous but is not essential Professional, approachable and confident manner Comfortable travelling to properties within approximately a 30-mile radius of the office Comfortable working both in the office and out at property appointments throughout the week Must hold full UK driving licence and ideally have the use of your own car Additional Company Information: Our client is an established independent residential lettings and property management business with a strong presence across the local area, specialising in providing a professional and personal service to landlords, tenants and investors.
