Estate Agent - Trainee Sales Valuer

We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Sales Valuer for our Estate Agency client based in Hainault.

The successful candidate must have a passion for the property industry, with ideally a background in sales (preferred).

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits for the role of Trainee Sales Valuer:

• Basic £25,000 (including car allowance and mileage)
• OTE £55,000 - £60,000
• Excellent opportunity to fast track your career in Estate Agency!
• Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, ideally every Saturday 8.30am - 6pm (with a day back in lieu)
• 10% on all listings that exchange
• Increased commission to 12.5%, and then 15% once certain banking targets are met

• Solely valuing and listing properties
• Following up warm leads
• Creating your own business opportunities
• Prospecting for Valuations
• Working together as a team to achieve success
