What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with managers and leaders to provide expert HR guidance and support.
• Leading on employee relations matters, including performance, absence management, disciplinary and grievance cases.
• Driving employee engagement, retention and people-focused initiatives.
• Building strong relationships across the organisation and embedding a positive people culture.
• Supporting and delivering HR projects, policies and strategic initiatives.
• Working with leaders to identify talent, succession planning and development opportunities.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activity.
• Analysing people data and trends to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Ensuring HR practices remain compliant, consistent and commercially effective.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in an HR Manager or senior HR position.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases with confidence and credibility.
• Experience supporting a multi-site workforce.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to influence, challenge and support leaders at all levels.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to work at pace.
