Temporary HR Advisor

We are currently looking for HR candidates who are available immediately to join a busy organisation near Chelmsford on an ongoing temporary basis. This role would suit candidates from a variety of HR levels who are available to start immediately and can support a busy HR function. Due to the nature of the role you will need your own transport to be considered.

Hourly rate will be dependent on experience between 14-19ph and working hours will be between core 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the HR team with HR administration.
• Assisting with employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Providing HR advice to managers and employees.
• Managing employee records and maintaining HR systems.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
• Preparing HR documentation, letters and reports.
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
• Assisting with HR projects and general departmental support.

Requirements:

• Previous HR experience at Advisor or Administrator level.
• Exposure to ER matters.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and work independently.
• CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD beneficial but not essential.
• Must be available for an immediate start.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport required.
