About the Team:The Global Functions team at TikTok serves as the strategic foundation and essential infrastructure of our global enterprise. We encompass the critical business areas that fuel our growth, protect our platform, and empower our people, such as Legal, Corporate Communications, & Public Policy.As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll gain hands on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle while working alongside experienced recruiters and business leaders in a fast paced, collaborative environment.We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

• Support candidate sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking platforms.
• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports, dashboards, and market insights to support hiring decisions.
• Ensure timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Partner with recruiters to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
• Support additional recruiting projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.

• Minimum Qualifications:- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Available for a full-time internship for a minimum of 3-6 months.
• Preferred Qualifications:- Previous internship or work experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruiting Operations, Consulting, or a technology company.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data, dashboards, or reporting to support decision-making.
• Interest in recruiting, employer branding, and talent strategy within a global organization.
