We're looking for a Technical Sales Advisor to join our growing team. This is far more than an order processing role - you'll become a trusted adviser, helping customers identify the right technical solutions while building lasting relationships.

Full product training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys learning and wants to develop specialist knowledge within a niche industry.

The Role

Working within a friendly and supportive internal sales team, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Providing quotations and processing customer orders
• Offering technical product advice and guidance
• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers
• Supporting customers from initial enquiry through to delivery
• Ensuring excellent levels of customer service at every stage
• Keeping customer records and quotations up to date

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in an Internal Sales, Technical Sales, Customer Service or Sales Support role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and organised approach to work
• Strong attention to detail
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• A willingness to learn technical products and solutions
• A positive, team-focused attitude

Experience within electrical wholesale, engineering distribution, industrial supplies, manufacturing or technical products would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
