Talent Acquisition Partner (12 month FTC) - German speaking

Your new role Hays is excited to be recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract for a global organisation operating within the engineering and power solutions sector.

As a trusted recruitment partner, you'll be based in the Peterborough office and manage the full recruitment life cycle for Germany, working closely with hiring managers to deliver talent strategies, attract high-quality candidates, build talent pipelines, and provide market insight to support business growth.

Fluency in German is essential for this role due to regular interaction with German-speaking stakeholders and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies.
• Source and engage talent using ATS, CRM platforms, social media, referrals and direct sourcing.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Use recruitment data and market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
• Champion excellent candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives.

About You

• Experienced in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Skilled in sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
• Comfortable using ATS, CRM and recruitment technologies.
• Able to analyse recruitment metrics and workforce data.
• Fluent German speaker (essential).
