We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused HR Advisor - Transactional to join our Transactional and People Support Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality HR administration and first-line people support across a busy and dynamic organisation.
The successful candidate will support a wide range of employee lifecycle activities, provide first-line HR advice, and ensure HR transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with organisational policies and statutory requirements.
Experience using iTrent and/or previous HR transactional or first-line HR advisory experience would be highly advantageous.
This is a hybrid role, with attendance at Hounslow House two days per week (Wednesday and Thursday, with flexibility around the second office day where required).
