Senior Residential Conveyancer

• Annual Salary: Up to £55,000
• Location: Hybrid/Remote with occasional travel to one of the offices

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers from instruction through to completion.
• Work within a supportive team environment where compliance is taken seriously.
• Engage with clients, providing them with legal support and a human touch during their transactions.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
• Participate in training sessions, with additional support available from our main tech personnel in London.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Proficiency in handling both freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Strong understanding of compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
• Excellent client communication skills, capable of empathizing and assisting clients through challenging periods.
• Curiosity about technology and openness to innovative approaches in legal practices.
• CILEx, CLC licence, or law degree preferred, though extensive relevant experience can substitute formal qualifications.
