Barclays is seeking an Economic Crime Oversight & Development Manager to design, enhance and oversee financial crime controls across Screening and Transaction Monitoring. You will ensure risks are identified, managed and mitigated within a risk-based framework that complies with UK requirements.
You will lead teams, drive improvement, advise on regulatory developments, and provide guidance to senior stakeholders.
