Job Description

Marketing Administrator

Watchfield, Swindon Area Full Time Career Development Opportunity

Ready to launch your marketing career with a globally recognised brand?

We're looking for a highly organised, ambitious, and proactive Marketing Administrator to join our growing team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves organisation, enjoys supporting creative projects, and is looking to build a long-term career within marketing.

Working closely with our Senior Brand Manager and wider Marketing and Medical Education teams, you'll play a vital role in bringing campaigns, events, educational programmes, and exciting marketing initiatives to life.

No two days are the same. One day you could be analysing campaign feedback and preparing presentations, and the next coordinating marketing events, supporting PR activity, or helping launch new marketing materials.

If you're naturally organised, love working with people, and have a genuine interest in marketing, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and key projects.
  • Assisting with market research activities including surveys, focus groups and customer feedback initiatives.
  • Creating presentations, reports and marketing documentation.
  • Analysing campaign results and identifying opportunities to improve future activity.
  • Supporting the Digital Marketing team with administration across websites, portals and digital platforms.
  • Managing marketing assets, materials and digital content libraries.
  • Assisting with copywriting, proofreading and content updates.
  • Supporting PR activities, media communications and influencer campaigns.

Project Coordination

  • Working across multiple departments to help ensure projects remain on track.
  • Coordinating marketing materials, promotional items and branded merchandise.
  • Managing stock levels and supplier orders.
  • Supporting the organisation of customer gifting and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports and project documentation.

Events & Meetings

  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of marketing events and trade shows.
  • Supporting PR events, workshops, round tables and media meetings.
  • Organising meetings, preparing documentation and taking minutes where required.
  • Helping ensure events run smoothly from planning through to delivery.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in people who have:

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Confidence communicating with colleagues, suppliers and external stakeholders

Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word

A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership

An interest in marketing and a desire to build a long-term career in the industry

Experience within a marketing environment is beneficial but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, organisation, and enthusiasm to learn.
