Head Chef Hotel, Hertford Up to £45k + bonus Live-in available
An established 35-bedroom hotel in the heart of Hertford is looking for a passionate Head Chef to lead its busy kitchen team of 15.
The kitchen delivers breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, functions and events, with a strong focus on freshly prepared, seasonal food.
The Role:
- Lead and develop a team of 15
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and food safety
- Work closely with the Head of Food on seasonal menus
- Manage GP, budgets, HACCP, H&S and allergens
Hours: 5/7 including weekends, 45 hours per week.
