The team operates with a strong sense of collaboration and support. While each consultant manages their own client list and workload, everyone works together to ensure the right support is available when needed.

Consultants regularly keep each other updated throughout the day on workloads and priorities, creating a supportive environment where everyone can manage their responsibilities effectively and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
