This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation making a significant investment in legacy fundraising at a pivotal moment of growth.

With a strong pipeline already in place, excellent systems and processes, and growing internal support for legacy giving, this role offers the chance to build on success rather than start from scratch. You'll help shape the next phase of the programme, bringing creativity, scale and outstanding stewardship to an area of fundraising that is receiving genuine strategic focus.

What you'll be doing

• Growing and developing an established legacy programme
• Creating engaging acquisition and stewardship activity
• Developing new propositions, campaigns and supporter journeys
• Using insight and performance data to identify opportunities for growth
• Managing external legacy administration partners
• Building relationships across fundraising, marketing and data teams
• Helping embed a strong culture of legacy fundraising across the organisation

What we're looking for

• Experience of successful legacy fundraising and campaign management
• A creative thinker who enjoys developing new ideas and propositions
• Confidence working autonomously and taking ownership of results
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with delivery
