Vehicle preparation assistant - Rochester
Location: RochesterPay Rate: £12.91 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm (Times are flexible)
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Vehicle preparation assistant to join a busy automotive team in Rochester.
This hands-on role involves removing graphics, stickers, branding and adhesive residue from vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish ready for the next stage of processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Removing vehicle graphics and stickers safely and efficiently
- Using appropriate tools and techniques to remove adhesive residue
- Preparing vehicle surfaces to a high standard
- Inspecting vehicles for quality and reporting any damage
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience in vehicle preparation is beneficial but not essential
- Full UK driving licence required
- Must have your own transport due to the location and limited public transport links
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
