Due to the recent growth of our housing portfolio, we're expanding our Asset Management team and looking for an Asset Surveyor to join us at an exciting time of transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role that offers real variety, autonomy, and the chance to develop specialist expertise in housing and asset intelligence.
This is not a traditional diagnostic surveying role-it's about observation, insight, and building a detailed understanding of our homes to help shape investment decisions and improve living standards across our communities. You'll be out and about, visiting properties, using smart technology, and playing a key part in how we future-proof our homes.
