Description
- Project management of multiple Reward projects, focusing on Pay Transparency readiness, pay benchmarking, incentive re-design, job architecture & share plan optimisation.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present reports on the progress and impact of reward initiatives.
- Support the broader Human Resource and Reward team
Profile
A successful Reward Project Lead should have:
- A strong background in Reward and Project Management
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Multinational experience
- Exposure to large organisational change
- A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
Job Offer
