Description

  • Project management of multiple Reward projects, focusing on Pay Transparency readiness, pay benchmarking, incentive re-design, job architecture & share plan optimisation.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and present reports on the progress and impact of reward initiatives.
  • Support the broader Human Resource and Reward team

Profile

A successful Reward Project Lead should have:

  • A strong background in Reward and Project Management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Multinational experience
  • Exposure to large organisational change
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.

Job Offer
