Sales Executive - Environmental Services

Location: Buckinghamshire (Office-based)Job Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £27,000 basic salary + uncapped commission

About the Role

Reed is partnering with an established and growing business within the environmental services sector to recruit a driven and ambitious Sales Executive.

Joining a high-performing team, you will play a key role in generating new business, developing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue. This position is ideally suited to an individual with at least 12 months' sales experience who is looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and successful organisation.

Working with inbound enquiries, warm leads, and existing customers, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact while benefiting from an attractive commission structure and ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound enquiries into new business opportunities
  • Follow up quotations and warm leads to maximise sales conversions
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow revenue from existing accounts
  • Re-engage lapsed customers and generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business

About You

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a sales, telesales, business development, or customer-facing sales role
  • Demonstrable ambition, resilience, and a strong desire to succeed
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to generating opportunities
  • Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner
  • Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills
  • Target-driven and motivated by achieving results
  • Well-organised with good attention to detail
