Are you a Power Systems Engineer, HV Design Engineer or Electrical Design Engineer looking to work on technically challenging High Voltage projects within a growing engineering business?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established engineering organisation delivering critical electrical infrastructure projects across the utilities, power generation and industrial sectors. You'll work on projects from initial concept through to commissioning, designing power systems up to 33kV while developing your technical expertise within a highly experienced engineering team.

The Role:

• Design and specify LV and HV electrical systems up to 33kV
• Carry out load flow, fault level and protection studies using ETAP, PowerFactory, Amtech or similar software
• Produce technical reports, equipment specifications and design documentation
• Conduct site surveys and provide technical support throughout project delivery
• Work closely with clients, contractors and internal engineering teams to deliver high quality technical solutions

The Person:

• Degree, HNC or HND in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Experience designing electrical power systems within utilities, industrial, infrastructure or power generation environments
• Experience using ETAP, PowerFactory, Amtech or similar electrical modelling software
• Strong understanding of electrical design standards and power distribution systems
