Huntress is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a temporary assignment in Cardiff with hybrid working. You will handle inbound inquiries, resolving issues on first contact and delivering high-quality service, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, starting 10 August 2026.
The role requires strong listening and communication abilities, experience in a call centre or customer service environment, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
