Customer Service Coordinator

40 hours per week, permanent

Are you an organised, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our client is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their growing team, supporting customers from enquiry through to completion while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and expanding business where no two days are the same. You'll be working as part of a supportive team, managing customer queries, coordinating activities across multiple departments and ensuring customers receive regular updates throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers via phone and email
  • Provide regular updates and resolve customer queries promptly
  • Coordinate activities with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Prioritise workloads in a busy, fast-moving environment

We're looking for someone who has:
  • Previous experience within a customer service, coordination or administration role
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
