What you'll doTo act as a senior process and productivity authority within the 6-month Vodafone IoT Productivity programme, leading deep dive reviews of functional productivity plans, priority end-to-end, cross functional processes to identify and deliver measurable productivity improvements. The role will simplify how work gets done across Vodafone IoT by creating a clear framework for process improvement and removing barriers to execution, reducing handoffs, leveraging automation and AI, and embedding repeatable productivity disciplines that can be scaled beyond the pilot.
This role will bring a strong process and simplicity perspective to the team, facilitating the integration of digital tools and modern workflows, driving simplification efforts, and be tenacious in delivering operational efficiency and driving increased productivity.
