Description
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
- Assist in managing employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with legal and organisational standards.
- Partner with managers to identify and address workforce planning and development needs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance and employee engagement.
- Ensure accurate and timely HR record-keeping and reporting.
- Provide support during organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and transitions.
Profile
A successful Interim Associate HR Business Partner should have:
- Proven experience in a similar HR advisory or business partner role within a Higher Education environment would be beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience managing employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinaries.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis to support decision-making.
