Reporting into the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the role will support day-to-day transactional finance activities, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant processing across supplier invoices and employee expenses.
Key Responsibilities- Process and post supplier invoices accurately and in line with company policy
- Review, audit and process employee expense claims
- Ensure compliance with VAT and tax regulations
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries
- Respond to internal and external finance queries
- Maintain supplier and employee records within the finance system
- Post journals and support adhoc finance administration as required
About You- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger role
- Comfortable working in a team-based finance environment
- Strong attention to detail with a "right first time" approach
- Well organised with the ability to manage deadlines
- Confident communicator with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Continuous improvement mindset
