Qualified Property Lawyer - Residential Conveyancing

Join our client, a fast-growing, modern law firm with a friendly and supportive culture. They are seeking a Qualified Lawyer with over 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing. This role is based in their Bristol office, part of their network including Gloucestershire, Worcester, and Bath.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and new build properties.
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior members of staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Utilise market-leading technology to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Demonstrable experience managing a full caseload of residential property matters, including complex transactions.
• Experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff, with a strong ability to provide clear guidance and support.
• Excellent communication and client service skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
• High level of organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using digital case management systems and a commitment to adopting new technology.
