Accounts Administrator

  • Salary: £29,000 - £33,000

A well-established organisation is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the smooth running of invoicing and customer accounts.

Duties

  • Processing invoices accurately and maintaining up-to-date records across internal systems.
  • Monitoring account changes and ensuring adjustments are applied correctly.
  • Investigating and resolving invoice or payment queries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintaining data integrity across multiple financial systems and supporting reporting requirements.
  • Supporting month-end activities and contributing to continuous improvements in processes.

Requirements

  • Experience within invoicing, Accounts Payable/Receivable, or a similar finance administration role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with large volumes of data.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to explain information clearly.
  • Good IT skills including Excel and the ability to work across different systems.
