A well-established organisation is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the smooth running of invoicing and customer accounts.
Duties
- Processing invoices accurately and maintaining up-to-date records across internal systems.
- Monitoring account changes and ensuring adjustments are applied correctly.
- Investigating and resolving invoice or payment queries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining data integrity across multiple financial systems and supporting reporting requirements.
- Supporting month-end activities and contributing to continuous improvements in processes.
Requirements
- Experience within invoicing, Accounts Payable/Receivable, or a similar finance administration role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with large volumes of data.
- Confident communicator with the ability to explain information clearly.
- Good IT skills including Excel and the ability to work across different systems.
