Multi Trade Operative

Your new companyWe're recruiting experienced Multi Trade Operatives to support a major maintenance and repairs programme on a large site in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity offering up to 12 months of consistent work, Monday to Friday, with a competitive hourly rate and a steady workload.You'll be working for a respected public-sector organisation carrying out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks across kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms and associated areas.If you're reliable, skilled across multiple trades and enjoy delivering high-quality work, this role offers stability and a great working environment.Your new roleYou will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including:

• General repairs across occupied and void properties
• Kitchen and bathroom maintenance
• Wet room repairs and associated works
• Basic plumbing, carpentry, plastering and finishing tasks
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative
• Strong skills across several trades (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, etc.)
• Experience working in domestic or social housing environments
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality workmanship
• Good communication and customer-service approach
• Own tools
