We're looking for a confident, compassionate Team Leader/ people Manager with strong reporting (Excel) and organisation skills to lead a fast-paced referrals team supporting vulnerable people through a high-volume, high-impact service. This is a hybrid role, based in Birmingham two days a week, with the rest of the week working remotely.
You'll lead a team of 10 Referrals Officers who are the first point of contact for risk assessment, triage and onward coordination, working closely with partners across police, border agencies and local authorities. This is a 35-hour week fixed-term contract in a service that operates 24/7, 365 days a year, so you'll need to be comfortable working a rota that includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
