Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Cheshire £48,000 per annum
A well-established and respected law firm in Cheshire is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its friendly and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a stable, long-standing practice with a strong local reputation, high-quality work, and an established client base.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity and remortgages
- New build transactions
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and developers
- Providing a consistently high level of client care
You will have autonomy over your files, supported by an experienced conveyancing team and efficient systems.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (or Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer considered)
- Experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Proactive, professional, and team-oriented
