In this role, you will deliver both practical and theory-based Arboriculture training across a range of courses while also supporting the management and organisation of the curriculum area. You will play a key role in maintaining standards, supporting learners, and helping develop the next generation entering the industry.

This ideal candidate will come from an Arboriculture, Forestry, Tree Surgery, or wider land-based background who is looking to move into education and training. Previous teaching experience is not essential, as full teacher training, mentoring, and ongoing development will be provided.


The college is looking for somebody with strong practical Arboriculture knowledge, industry experience, and a genuine passion for passing on skills and professional standards. The Role:


Deliver practical and classroom-based Arboriculture training
Teach across a range of Arboriculture qualifications and levels
Support the management and organisation of the course area
Help maintain high standards across teaching and learner outcomes
Work closely with students to develop industry skills and knowledge
Full teacher training and development provided


The Person:


Background in Arboriculture, Forestry, Tree Surgery, or similar
Industry experience within the land-based sector
Passion for developing and supporting others
Looking to move into teaching, training, or education
Teaching experience not essential
Full UK Driving Licence preferred
